About the qualification

In this role you are the main technical authority for defining and performing opto-mechanical design, analysis and testing of complex opto-mechanical assemblies.

Your Tasks:

• Define and perform opto-mechancial design using a 3D CAD software
• Perform FEM analysis of opto-mechanical assembly
• Design thermal management system
• Design integration tools
• Participate in integration and manufacturing process
• Prepare design, manufacturing and verification documentation

Requirements:

• Experience in mechanical and thermal design, development and manufacturing of stable mechanical structures holding optics.
• Mechanical design using CATIA, Solidworks
• Experience in FEM analysis using ANSYS
• Hands-on experience in design of lightweight structures
• Comprehensive knowledge of composite materials : carbon-fiber sandwich panels
• Good knowledge of mechanical fabrication
